Built for the Question Every Outdoor Event Has

Standard forecasts show weather data. An event weather page would organize that forecast around the actual event: when guests arrive, when the ceremony starts, when games are scheduled, or when the concert begins.

One Forecast Page for Guests, Staff, and Organizers

The goal is to make the forecast useful without making people interpret raw weather data. Each event page highlights the main decision, the best weather window, and the parts of the schedule most likely to be affected.

โญEvent Weather ScoreA simple 1โ€“10 rating tuned to the event type and weather sensitivity.
โฐBest Weather WindowThe most favorable stretch during the event day or weekend.
๐Ÿ“…7-Day PlannerA planning view that updates as the event gets closer.
โšกHourly NowcastA closer-range event timeline once the forecast is within the high-confidence window.

Built Around Different Outdoor Decisions

Different events care about different conditions. A tournament may be fine playing through light rain but needs to stop immediately for lightning. A race cares most about heat and humidity. The page is configured around what actually matters for your event.

๐Ÿ† TournamentsGame-by-game weather scores, live lightning status, heat risk, and field/court conditions for organizers, staff, and parents.
๐Ÿƒ Races & WalksStart-line conditions, heat and humidity, wind, storm risk, and best performance windows.
๐ŸŽต Concerts & FestivalsArrival weather, rain windows, heat, wind, evening cooling, and attendee planning notes.
๐ŸŽ“ GraduationsOutdoor ceremony weather, shade and heat concerns, rain timing, and family arrival windows.
๐Ÿ• Outdoor MarketsVendor setup weather, shopper windows, wind risk, rain timing, and comfort trends.

Two Views: Planning Ahead and Event-Day Decisions

The event page works in two phases. The 7-day planner helps organizers prepare in the days leading up. The hourly nowcast becomes more important as the event gets closer and timing matters.

๐Ÿ“…7-Day Event PlannerTrack whether the event day is trending better or worse as the forecast updates.
๐Ÿ“ˆTrend ChangesShow whether rain risk, heat, wind, or timing concerns are improving or worsening.
๐Ÿ•’Hourly NowcastOnce close enough, the event schedule shows hour by hour with scores and practical notes.
๐Ÿ”—Shareable LinkOne clean page organizers can send to guests, teams, staff, vendors, or attendees.

Live Lightning Status, Not Just a Rain Forecast

Rain and lightning are different decisions. A tournament might play through steady rain but needs to stop immediately for lightning. Your event page shows live lightning detection separately from general weather conditions, so organizers and staff always know which situation they're in.

โšกLive Lightning StatusThe page shows in real time whether lightning has been detected nearby, separate from the general forecast.
๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธOne Reference PointStaff, coaches, and attendees can check the same page instead of relying on word of mouth or guesswork.
๐Ÿ“‹Rain vs. Lightning, Clearly SeparatedThe page distinguishes ongoing rain (which may be fine to play through) from active lightning (which is not).
A note on text alerts

Text message alerts for lightning are not available yet -- we're still finalizing the cost of that feature. Live lightning status is shown directly on your event page today.

Simple Pricing by Event Length
